Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Combine butter and chopped onion in a large baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until onions begin to brown.
Step 3
Remove baking dish from oven, add rice, mix to combine.
Step 4
Rub chicken breasts with iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning and place over rice, not overlapping them.
Step 5
Pour chicken stock into rice.
Step 6
Sprinkle slivered almonds over the chicken and rice. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Step 7
Remove foil, return to oven and bake 15 minutes more so almonds start to brown.
Step 8
Fluff the rice with a fork, sprinkle dish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
