Hearts of Palm and Poppyseed Salad
Ingredients

2 (14 oz) cans hearts of palm, drained & thinly sliced

1 (540 ml) can low-sodium chickpeas, drained

2 cups cherry tomatoes, quartered

3 celery stalks with leaves, thinly sliced

1 small red onion, small dice

2 tbsp white wine vinegar
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tbsp poppy seeds
-
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Salad Seasoning*
Directions
Step 1
Whisk together the ingredients for dressing in the bottom of a salad bowl.
Step 2
Toss vegetables with dressing.
