Homemade Ramen Seasoning recipe

Homemade Ramen Seasoning recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients until well combined.

Step 2

Use the seasoning blend to season your ramen noodles or broth according to your preference.

Step 3

Adjust the seasoning to taste, adding more soy sauce or salt if needed.

Step 4

Store any unused seasoning blend in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
