Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 1 onions, grated
  • 3 tbsp iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning*
  • 3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • Canola oil for brushing the grill
  • Fresh lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, mix lamb, onion, iSpice WellnessTM Beef Seasoning* and fresh herbs.

Step 2

Divide mixture into 25 equal balls. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes

Step 3

Soak 25 bamboo skewers in warm water for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Form each ball of meat around the pointed tip of the skewers, shaping the ball like an oval and then flattening it slightly.

Step 5

Heat a grill over medium heat and brush with oil.

Step 6

Cook skewers 3-4 minutes per side for medium.

Step 7

Serve hot with pita, yogurt, cucumber and tomatoes with lemon wedges for a complete meal or serve sprinkled with lemon juice as a party appetizer.
