Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, small dice
  • 5 plum tomatoes, seeded & small dice
  • 1 English cucumber, seeded & small dice
  • 1 (12 oz) can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded & small dice
  • 1/3 cup fresh curly parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/3 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In the bottom of a large salad bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, iSpice World FlavorsTM Middle Eastern Seasoning and olive oil until combined.

Step 2

Toss salad ingredients in dressing.

Step 3

Serve at room temperature.
