Slow Cooker Asian Pork Shoulder
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. boneless pork shoulder, trimmed

1 cup light soy sauce

1/2 cup brown sugar

5 tbsp iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning

1 stem lemongrass, bruised

1 red chili, halved

juice & zest of 2 limes

1 (14 fl oz) can light coconut milk

1 cup long-grain rice, cooked to package instructions

3 green onions, finely sliced
-
fresh coriander & lime wedges for garnish
Directions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon grass, chili, lime zest, lime juice and coconut milk in a slow-cooker.
Step 2
Rub pork shoulder with iSpice World FlavorsTM Asian Seasoning and drop into sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours in a covered slow-cooker.
Step 3
Serve pork over cooked rice with some cooking liquid, sprinkled with green onions, coriander and fresh lime juice.
